Hi,
About 12 years ago, I was looking to attach a garage to my cape house. As my wife and drove around we looked at other garages to get some ideas. WOW, most garages did not have room for the cars or to work. Full of trash barrels, grill, stored items. Not very useful. I have plenty of land so I decided to try Space Metal buildings. They blew me off, did not take me serious. So I went on line and found Olympic garages. Purchased a 30 x 40 metal garage. It arrives by tractor trailer, Build your own kit. We had a garage raising party, a friend had a boom truck for the beams, I hired some workers from space metal that where laid off. I did a lot of work, had the floor pored, I did all the electrical, got a good deal on a lift. Now 12 years latter, it is a full working hobby shop.
Now I am looking for a garage to attach to the house for our cars. 26x28 single floor with tall doors so I can park my 3/4 ton Chevy duramax in it.
