I have to buy a 3 phase converter.I have decided I want a rotary phase converter.I was hoping some of you would chime in on good brands, or your experiances with them, thanks.
I've tried posting the plans and article on other forums but the file is too large. PM me your email address and I'll send them to you.Post the plans!
You can make one yourself cheap if you scour the electrical surplus stores. I have < $100 in my 7.5 hp one and it works like a champ. I have a schematic and a good article if you are interested.

I ended up ordering a 5 hp rotary phase converter from Phoenix phase converters.$330.00 to my door with a 3 yr warranty .They have a 24/7 tech line and seem very nice .I was going to build one but this was quicker and alot more confidence inspiring than trying to build it myself. I didn't have alot of luck finding a 3 phase motor cheap either . Oh well thanks for the help guys.
