Well, it's finally my turn. My basement garage is overflowing with projects and I've finally pulled the trigger on a proper shop. I've bought 2.5ac from my grandfather. It's part of the old family strawberry farm. Its nice to be able to keep it in the family.

The plan is to build 30x50x12 with a pair of roll up doors and a steel man door. Why a 30x50? It's 1/2 what I need, 1/4 of what I want, and 2x what I can afford, so I think I'm right in the sweet spot.

So far, I only have the excavation and footings done, but I'm hoping to have the masonry done in a week or two then it's on to framing. I'll update as it progresses.
