I was a silly boy and didn't note the dis-assembly sequence of the valves that control this thing. I've now got a lot of parts, springs, bearings, etc with no idea how they go back together. A drawing/sketch of the fluid passage in the block would help too showing the fluid flow as it's pumped. Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for reply, Paul. Did that...the o-ring kit that cost me $45 was pretty much useless. Missing parts, irrelevant parts and the diagram seems to be different to the unit I have. I think I'll take the entire unit apart again, and see if I can "map" the galleries inside it. Once I know that, I'll be able to ID which "valves" operate which functions. Then re-assemble and try again. Hate to buy an enitire new jack when I have such a history with this one. Harvey

When you get it apart, lay out all the pieces on your bench and take a picture of them - we may be able to figure out what goes where.
