5.5mm Hex Bit?

I'm looking for a 5.5 mm hex bit to work on my Toyota fuel injection pump. I had to use a 5.5mm Allen key to tighten it, but I need something to fit on a torque wrench. Any suggestions? I thought I found it in an SK set, but when the set arrived, it had only 5mm and 6mm bits.

Thanks in advance,
Dave

If you can't find one easily you can cut a hex key and use a 5.5mm socket to drive it. If you do that be careful not to let it heat up too much when you cut it.

I concur. Just cut slowly and use a lot of cutting oil....

Mad, that's a good idea, thanks!

I always thought the 5.5 was for filling spaces on a Hansen Socket Tray. Who knew there was a real use for one!

I went and checked SO's site and they don't list a 5.5mm hex socket driver that I can find; I'm a bit surprised I must say.

They are common on Fords (think distributer), and Craftsman doesn't make one deep enough. Snap, Mac, and Duralast (snap copy) all make a deep nearly identical that is perfect for this.

As I recall, for the Ford late 1980's-early 90's EFI (5.0 302) a 5.5 hex was needed to replace the TPS sensor.
