Yeah I'm curious what's going to happen as far as a refund. I paid $190 through paypal with funds lo pulled from a CC and they are only sending me $47 worth of the order.

I emailed them requesting the reason for the cancellation, they replied identifying a glitch and stating that they will be emailing me a 25% off coupon. If it works with sale prices maybe I'll still give the pants a try.

UPDATE:

I called dickies yesterday. I could barely understand the lady on the phone, but I explained about my cancelled order and half-fulfilled order. She asked me where I got the code from. I said, "what difference does it make?"

It was at that point my wife called me and I had to hang up.

Cal back and get a different lady, much easier to understand. She told me the cancelled order was due to an "improper promo code" and the other order was coming from 2 different warehouses so I'd get a separate shipping notification and a separate charge when the remainder of the order was fulfilled. I didn't really buy that, but lo and behold I got a shipping confirmation last night for the remainder of my large order.

So I'mm gonna wait til everything that actually shows up is delivered and call back to ask why the promo code was honored for one order, but denied for an order placed 40minutes previously.

My order just arrived. I have to say I'm unimpressed with the quality so far. For the $10 a pair I paid for them they're ok. But I wouldn't pay full price for them. The material feels thinner than my Carhartt jeans. Loose threads all over them, broken threads sticking out of them along the seams. And the "flannel lining" on the pair I ordered with it is about the thickness of a t-shirt. I'll have to see how well they hold up long term. But my initial impressions of them is that I won't be buying any more. I'll spend the extra money for triple stitched Carhartts.

That's why I said I was surprised to see them go the high hat route and cancel all the orders. For the money the quality is garbage without 30-40% off.

I cant imagine they would of lost money, I doubt they pay the Pakistani workers more than a buck an hour. No joke.

I wore dickies pants and shorts almost exclusively for about 5 years for work and still own a lot of them and never really had a complaint about anything I ever bought. I ordered a few things with the codes here and my order was cancelled as well. I just got my "we're sorry here's %25 off" coupon tonight but I doubt I'll even use it now sadly cause I didn't actually need any of the stuff I had ordered it was just a good deal and since they wouldn't stand behind their mistake and honor the sale I don't feel strongly about giving them any of my money anymore.

Received my order tonight. The emails they sent me didn't make sense.

I ordered 13 items for $190 with discount. I got a shipping notice Sunday morning for 4 items and a $47 charge. Then I get a shipping notice for the other 9 items and a $143 charge early this morning.

All 13 items showed up together this afternoon, weird.


My wifes nursing scrubs were high quality as expected. Shes been using dickies scrubs for a few years now, but they never go that far on sale so she bought a bunch of new ones. I got some gloves and a hoodie. Not impressed with the material quality, but it's an okay deal with the 50% off. Absolutely not worth full price.

Same here. The quality of the Wranglers I usually get a Walmart for around 15 bucks seems better. I hope their belts are still decent for the next time I need one.

All of mine came in. The quality seems average. I’m not disappointed, especially for the price. I have a few pieces that don’t fit well so I’m going to see if I can just swap them out at one of the factory stores.

My order arrived today. Granted, it was a small order of only three pairs of pants. I even got a few decals and a coupon good for 20% off regular priced stuff.

I think sometimes when there are a bunch of large orders all using the same discount code in a short time period,it has got to raise flags

My order arrived today. Super stoked. The quality I know and respect from Dickies. I got four pairs of shorts and four work shirts. About $5 a piece.
Makes me wish I got more, but this is very satisfactory and I’m happy with this deal!
