I just paid $9.99 at my store they were marked with a clearance tag.

From what I'm seeing on the website (and my limited personal experience in KMart stores), KMart doesn't actually sell these. Maybe they happened to get a set in on accident at your store?

I just looked at my reciept it was actually $9 even.

If you notice on the tag it says non-planogram, I noticed my Kmart has about half the tools they had a few months ago my guess is they liquidated a bunch of items they decided to stop carrying.

Also using Kmart.com I cannot get the item to show up, it only points to sears locations.

Has some really bad reviews.
