Didn't bother to read ALL the posts...but guys, let me tell you this, if your going to use steel pipe, use GALVANIZED. You can use black, but when used in a commercial/industrial setting, black is always over-sized when used because of the rust that develops on the INSIDE of the pipe, which RESTRICTS the flow, hence the Over-size-ing. You won't have this problem with galvanized (zinc) coated pipe. Sure you'll get a bit of rust at the fittings, but you won't notice it, and the "Lie" that you'll get tiny bits of zinc out the end of the hose is malarky.

On my 60 gallon IR, I knocked the 2" bushing out, and piped mine with 2" iron pipe, after a stainless braided flex, tied into a T with a drip leg.
