We have an older air over hydraulic jack that needs a complete parts kit. There is a capital M as a logo on the air chamber and the first five digits of a serial number read 91051. Please advise if you can help with a parts kit for this jack. Please see images below.

Jack before complete tear down. Is this a Fleetline Professional 22-Ton Air Over Hydraulic Jack?
Jack body with piston removed. We need the gland seals and all rubber parts.
Piston is clean but gland seals have broken down.
The first five digits of the serial number are 91051 the sixth digit could be a 5 or a 7 with a possible seventh number.
Air chamber with possible Fleetline logo, a large capital M.
This image above is not off of our jack, it was found online however this jack looks very similar to ours. It has four return springs.
