Started to rip down old garage in April of 2008 New garage outside finished August 2008. Most of work done by myself and wife. The sight prep done by my brother and concrete by my cousin and framing with the help of brothers and friends.Pretty much put up without hiring professionals except the electical service. Demensions: 26'x38'x10',2"x6"walls 2 10'x8'over head doors, 1 service door and 3 windows 36"x36" Fully insulated, infloor heat with a navien on demand water heater. Only thing I need to do is put VCT on the floor this spring
