Amazon Lighting Deals

OT, but do you guys track lighting deals ?
If any.
Different approach I suppose as i was not price shopping a item (camelizer)

I don't.....heavy Amazon shopper here.
Anyhow, I was shopping for a particular item last night, and this is probably the 1st time in like 10+ years I bought a lighting deal. The item that I had intended to purchase (just by luck) also was on a lighting deal, so approx 33% less than it's retail price.

slightly confused on what you are asking? if it is the lightning deals, not really. they often change, and may never happen again, so not worth the effort. Just use 3xCamel and compare the price to that.

A lot of the lightening deals are not really deals, they mark up the 'retail price' and then the lightening sales price is just a few buck off the norm. Sometimes they are good deals though.

I know I, and I assume anyone else would just post anything worth posting in the Amazon deals thread. Makes the most sense?

And agreed with 2manytools. Always check prices via camel, or another 3rd party site to make sure it actually is a deal.

Lightning is only certain times of the year, pretty sure they aren't going on now, if that's what they meant. Maybe "Today's Deals"?

But yes, CCC is you're best friend.

Absolutely concur 100% very hard to find real deals any longer, too many china knock offs flooding amazon, IMHO
