Hey all, I'm Ben from Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Very interesting info here, I've already learned a few good things!

I'm currently building a 32x40 3 car detached garage on my acreage, all my friends who live in town are jealous, I can't wait until it's done. I'm sure there will be some sort of hot rod tore down not too long after it's complete!

Anyway, that's my story, hope to hear some more great advice from the experts here!
