So while looking at 1000bulbs.com seeing a few different brands and wondering what people have heard about/experienced with the handful of brands that I'm seeing out there for what I'm looking at. Looking at approx 55w-85w CFLS to go in 1000 sq ft. garage/shop. Here are the brands that I'm seeing out there.

Also, remind me what I'm looking for in a CFL, the more CRIs the more its gonna be like daylight?
I remember reading a thread, but can't find it, if someone knows what I'm looking for, please post link, but I'm looking for the rule of thumb for how far/close to place lights apart. Again, 1000 Sq Ft. garage/shop, right now it has 8 2-bulb 4ft fixtures in the main garage area and 4 of the same in the shop area.
Looking for approximately 12-15 fixtures with a 55-75w CFL in each, possibly doubling them up with Y adapters in each fixture. overkill? need more?
I attached a picture of what I thought would roughly be a good layout for fixtures.
