Another Champion VR5-8 compressor motor starter question.

I just pickup one of these last night.
It's missing the motor starter and the guy I got it from recently installed a new pressure switch.
It's has a 5 Hp Magnetek Single Phase 230v 22 amp motor without any thermal overload protection.
I've read a bunch of threads on here about mag starters but I'm confused about what type I need.
I'm thinking one of these will do the trick but not sure which one to go with.

Here's the starter that came with both our VR5-8. Purchased new 2016-ish.
Do not take this as gospel, there were likely variations. Ours came with a Baldor motor.

I wasn't sure if I needed one with an Overload Heater.
Your's are signle phase then also?

They are 230 VAC single phase. We run them on single phase 208 since the building has 208 3-phase.
