I've been lurking around here for a while. I'm an Oldsmobile enthusiast from way back. Somehow, in my mid-fifties I became stupid and sold my last, and most favorite Cutlass. With no Oldsmobiles in the garage, I began collecting vintage Craftsman tools and toolboxes. I grew up in Chicago, home of Sears. Every time my dad needed a tool, it was "Get in the car kids, we're going to Sears". So, when he passed away in 1997, my brother and I inherited all his (mostly Craftsman) tools. Then, every time I needed a tool it was "Get online, I need a __________!" Rather than going to Sears or the big box stores, I'd go to Craigslist, Marketplace, etc. Lots of great stuff out there. Now my garage is full of vintage (mostly Craftsman) tools.
Well, several years ago I found my marbles and was able to search, locate, and reacquire this car. Life is good! I may lose my marbles again, but hopefully not my Cutlass. The car is a 1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme SX Coupe.
