I see a lot of documentation online that shows exaclty where a tank can be installed in relation to potential combustibles.

I have not seen where the pipe can enter the house if the tank is mounted further away than 25 feet.

I would like to have a tank installed on a slab approximately 100 feet from the house on the same side as the electrical service.

How far from the electrical service does the supply pipe need to be?

Thanks.

Your local building codes are probably different but here in wisconsin its 3 feet from electric meter or service and 10 feet from any fresh air intakes. Check your local building codes though, any HVAC contractor should be able to help you get an answer, or get in touch with the building inspector for you area, go right to the person that would be doing the inspection, you are getting the proper permits right?
