Antique anvil identification and value

I inherited this old antique anvil for my grandfather it weighs 150 lb because I can see the numbers on it which is the one and the one and 10 which equals 150 from what I found on the internet I would like to know who the maker is and it's value can anyone help me with this

Probably made before 1815. I can’t make out a logo. Maybe a Mouse Hole?
