I am instaling an oil fired furnace in my father's garage, The old furnace was connected with a single supply line, the new (to him) furnace is a Miller brand with a Beckett burner (model CMF-65PO). It was origanly set up with a supply line and a by-pass line, I have connected the one line to it, but when turned on it flows oil out the by-pass port of the pump, have read that a by-pass plug needs to be removed in a one line system, can anyone explain to me how to set this up to work without runing another supply line?
