I haven't used Poxy Coat. I did review their tech data sheet on the Designer Series, which they recommend for garage installations.
The sheet calls out a 3:1 waterborne epoxy material, which is very similar to what you can buy at the Big Box home improvement stores. The material is about 53% water by volume. They specify a 2 mil dry film thickness and an application rate of 250 sq ft per gallon.
Based on the tech data sheet, I would expect that if you install this product then you will have similar results, appearance, and durability as if you had installed material from your local Big Box home improvement store.
