I called my local Sherwin Williams store the other day and disussed different products they have. The fellow I was talking to had used the Rexthane product on his garage floor about a year ago and said it worked great. It is a single component moisture cured urethane that is supposed to hold well to abrasion and chemicals. I was curious to see if anyone has used it and had any comments to make about it.

I've used Rexthane many times. It's very abrasion resistand (as urethanes are) and adheres really well to properly prepared concrete. Etch or grind so you have the profile of 80 grit sandpaper and apply 2 coats with a mohair roller cover. You can apply it down to 20 degrees but make sure your substrate is dry as Rexthane tends to cure too fast on a damp surface sacrificing adhesion. You can even add decorative flakes if you want and topcoat with rexthane clear.
