I agree, hydraulic cylinder seals are not difficult to replace, they are nothing more than a large syringe like your doctor uses to give you a shot. Buying a $1500 rolling jack instead of $50 worth of seals doesn't make sense. If nothing else just removing the hydraulic cylinder and taking it to a "real" hydraulic repair shop. Look for places that specialize in farm or heavy equipment hydraulic services.Learn how to replace the seals your self. It’s not difficult.

That flange (or call it a rail) may be of an incorrect height to be compatible with the bridge jack wheels from some other manufacturer.Hydraulic bridge jacks are not all interchangeable. There are sliding versions, rolling versions, adjustable width versions, some sit higher or lower than others, etc. With research, you might find someone who has figured out what alternatives fit your lift. I followed only the alternatives to the Bendpak jacks, which are expensive.
