Are these the same tool boxes?

I'm looking to get a nice cantilever tool box because I work for Snap-On I get a pretty healthy discount on their boxes including the Blue-Points, so I was leaning towards the Blue-Point and then stumbled on the Proto cantilever and they look identical. Are they the same, just rebranded? Also what's with the discrepancy in cubic capacity? Thanks

They do look identical. Your purchasing dept should have the answer. Me ? Buy a Hazet instead.

Typically anything labelled blue point is made by someone else, only tools made by snap on carry the snap on name, as was explained Romney my snap on tool rep.

Thanks Cobble, I do realize that, basically what I'm saying is if they're identical boxes, the Proto is much cheaper, I'm not going to pay a premium just because its labeled Blue-Point.

I have an old USA made Bluepoint. It's a nice box, only issue I have with it is heavy but it has taken a beating and still functions fine. Not sure who the OEM is though.
