Hi All,
One of our clients sent in these before and after photos of their floor which they coated with our products and made repairs and completed the job in 1.5 days.

This floor had serious 'acne' and degradations and spalling and this is how we advised them to fix it.

1. Grind floor.
2. Prime with fast drying epoxy primer
3. Broadcast some fine sand into the low spots to support the repair coating.
4. Notched squeegee a thick coat of fast drying/low temp 100% solids epoxy. This step floated out nicely and filled in the low spots that had sand in them. The client did NOT backroll as the nap would have removed the coating from the low spots.
5. After this coat was dry enough to get back on, an additional coat of 100% solids standard epoxy applied and full broadcast flecks.
6. The next day the excess flecks were scraped off and vacuumed.
7. Final coat of 100% solids Spartacote super thick non yellowing clear Polyaspartic topcoat applied.

The customer was able to put their belongings back in by lunchtime on Sunday!
