Arrow Hart receptacles?

The junk store has these for $0.50 each. I see they are 20amp spec grade back wire. But made in china are these any good?

Probably the same or similar to the Cooper back-wires sold at Lowes. I think they're about $1.75 a piece new. Great receptacles for the price, I buy them just for the back-wire.
