Y-handles with either hex ends or 3 fixed small metric sockets are common bicycle tools. I stumbled across the ASV innovations Y handle with either 1/4 or 3/8 drives to make up my own "custom" combinations of frequently used hex bits and sockets. The retail on these are $20 but the last two I won on Ebay auctions for $1 each plus $7.95 shipping. Supposedly they are blems but they appear fine to me. Since I was the high bidder on two different sizes from the same seller, I got both with combined shipping of $8.95 for a grand total of under $11. The manufacturer sells them as a motorcycle tool but, as I mentioned, I use them on bicycles and also on small engines in lawn and garden equipment. One good feature for me is they keep me from stripping out threads in aluminum parts which I seem to have a penchant for doing with even 1/4 ratchets. Hard to get a huge amount of leverage on 2 or 3 inch y tools.
