FOUND - Atlas Drill Press/Lathe Switch Plate

Like the title says, I'm looking for an on/off switch plate for an Atlas machine. Here's photo I snagged to illustrate what I'm looking for. I don't need the switch, just the plate...Excellent graphics a major Plus!
