Hello All,
I just bought a house with a monster 30'X40' carriage style garage (with a pit). It has an epoxy floor down currently but the last guy, a real brainiac based some of the screwball electrical work I've seen, really got the floor dirty. I have lots of overspray, oil, tire marks, rust I think, it's pretty bad.
Long story short, what can I use on there that will get this stuff off, and something I can do a over a large-ish area and break the job up over a 10 days or so.
I was reluctant to use paint stripper, but I did anyway. I used the "citrus" stuff in some controlled areas, but I didn't leave it on long enough I guess. It took off some of the simple overspray, but barely touched other paint spots.
I was looking into race deck or ceramic tile, but I guess I should give cleaning this floor a try first. After all, even if I cover it up...it will still be there
I'll post pictures ASAP.
Eric
