I have a similar horn to this picture.
Marked Autolite HW3, low and high. Perhaps from the 1950's.
Horn has an adjustable point that mates with another point to flow current.

The adjustable points with screw thread rusted away on these 2 old horns I have. Their matching points are fine.

So what I could use to fix the horns would be a threaded machine screw likely a #10-32 with an electrical point on one end.

then the horns would work again. They are nice quality horns and it would be nice to get them going again.

I was thinking distributer points would work, cut the steel end and silver solder point piece to a machine screw.
Any good ideas on a possible fix?
