Placed an order on 8/29, paid extra for quicker shipping and estimated arrival stated as 9/02.
3 emails and 3 phone calls have done nothing.
Shipment tracking through their link to shopify shows “waiting on details”
My shop is unusable and need some relief
Hoping maybe one of the vendors here know something about the status of operations.
