I picked up the vette bumpers and grabbed that parts washer today... yup a $20 spot made the owner happy. I looked around for more parts but alot of it is too far gone.

There are a shitload of carbs and I found 2 engines sadly outside buried in brush. I found them digging out the trailer.

I would pick up every carburetor and distributor I could find and ask her how much. They aren't large or difficult to move. You might end up with a bunch of junk, but if you get just one carb or distributor with the right stamping, you could make 100x what you paid. Not exaggerating, either -- in the Pontiac community, the right Ram Air carburetor (yes, a Quadrajet) can bring $3000 or more. A distributor $1000 or more. Unrestored stuff is bringing that kind of $$$. Vette folks are the same way.

Good luck, and keep posting pictures.

I got a call the other day from I friend of my professor. He bought a property down the road just for the land, they are ripping down the barn and house. They got it for cheap but with a stipulation that the seller can leave some things..... the house and barn were full. As he showed me around I asked how much.... he said " wait I don't have to pay you to take this stuff?" This was my first take.

Are those pictures of what they are leaving behind???!!!??? Or have they yet to take what they want? I have heard that line before, "you'll haul this away for free?" It's a good thing to hear!

Nope that is what I grabbed so far. Going back for another round tomorrow. After I get done selectively picking they are getting a company to empty the rest.
