Bench mounted brake flare tool set - brand??

I picked up this flare tool set at the weekend for a good price at a car boot sale (garage sale) here in the UK

Does anyone know the make of the set please?
At first I thought it may be a Sykes pickavant set as it's comparable quality, but there's no SP logos on it at all
Came in a metal storage case & is quite heavy
The dies & formers are stamped with the sizes but there's no brand name on them

Either Sykes Pickavant or Ratcliffe - I believe that Sykes Pickavant used Ratcliffe’s design anyway
