I have two Bendpak RJ45 rolling bridge jacks... I have no idea what the four bolts on these jacks are for. (circled in red on the picture attached) 2 on each side.
The bolts are not used for tightening anything that I can figure out.
Ok, you slide the legs out of teh RJ45 to fit the width of your 4 post lift. then tighten down those bolts so the legs do not slide in or out any more..
They don't have to be tightened much.
