Best Craigslist Alerts?

What are you guys using for craigslist alerts? Ideally, I need something that just emails me when a new ad matching the search term is posted (and does not wait a couple of days to scrape/'notice' the new ad). Los Angeles has a competitive tool section, and if you wait more than a few hours it's probably gone (to Bell Gardens...)

I have tried google alerts a few times, but with pretty limited success (probably because they only crawl craigslist every so often).

The Craigslist app has alerts that you can set up

I've been using the Craigsalert! app and it seems to work well. From the search side, the nice thing is it doesn't pull up expired, or deleted, ads the way some of the other search engines do.
