Blackhawk Bantam Porta Power

Good afternoon. First post, but have been lurking for a while.
I had this Bantam Porta power fall into my lap and was wondering if anyone can nail down a year of manufacture by the serial numbers.
Pump number is P200
Serial number is C 152815
Any chance there is a rebuild kit still available?
I do hydraulics all the time, but may save some time.
Also some guidence on operation.
At first glance looks like it is just a glorified grease gun.

Appreciate any help.
