I needed a new cap for my oil drain pan. I emailed them & they sent me two new ones in the mail (NC). That's good customer service to me.

Same here, only I need to cap for the Oil disposal jug. The original got a crack around the top of the cap.

They asked for pictures of the cap and the manufacturing circle be sent.

5 days later, I received two caps.

Great company.

My cap cracked on my oil drain pan. I just e-mailed them asking for a replacement. I'll reply again with a follow up.

They may have decent customer service but I can't stand Blitz stuff. I've tried 3 different drain pan models and they all leaked heavily. More oil ended up on my floor than in the pan, absolutely useless.
