blower wheel replacement 5/16 inch shaft?

Looking for a replacement for a plastic blower but could use metal also.
It measure across the base 4.25 inch and height 2.5 inch and shaft is 5/6 inch.
motor shaft has a flat spot to key the wheel.

So two questions,
does this new one have a 5/16 inch shaft?
when I measure my wheel, the base is 4.25 and the top ridge 4.5 inch,
I suppose the 4.25 inch wheel is the right size?

called grainger and shaft size is 1/2 inch
I suppose perhaps hole could be bushed out??

I ordered it as Mamco Corp no longer makes these parts.
So I need to bush this to get a 5/16 inch shaft

I found some spacers at McMaster Carr. They sell a bronze spacer 1/2 Od and 1/4 ID so I would have to drill it out. They also have bearing bushings.

look on mcmaster for sleeve bearings or drill bushings, either could work and come in the sizes you need.

If you have a motion industries local you could get a bearing to bush it down from them..

Thanks saw that at McMaster-Carr.
I found a brass sleeve spacer, it has 1/2 OD, 1/4 ID which I will have to drill out for the shaft, then drill a sideways hole for setscrew.

That sure looks like the replacement blower wheel I put in my clothes dryer.
I don’t know the specifications, but you might want to check.

the wheel I am getting is $14 plus $6 for the bushing.
Still thanks for showing me you can get the exact match.

Here is a good picture of the one I am getting taken from ebay, notice the riveted edge.
oddly, the other picture shows one not riveted but still the same part number.

well its all together and working fine with the bushing.
picture of new galvanized wheel with bushing and reassembled blower.
it pushes out a lot of air.

the bushing was easy to drill the hole in the side. I slightly filed outside of bushing to make it slide in easier. Basically press it in, mark with setscrew, press it out drill 5/16 hole.

hardest thing was lining up the hole in the bushing with the setscrew. setscrew is hardened steel and bushing is soft so it worked going together slighly forcing the setscrew thru the drilled hole as the edge was a tiny bit off..
