Depends where you live. Check there web site, they have a zip code search. Fastenal usually has them if you have one near you.

They need to be Bondhus? We bought a TON of them at work to replace the constantly breaking Snap On stuff and the Bondhus stuff was far worse... and no warranty.

Not many people are going to believe you since bondhus has a lifetime warranty.

Bought mine local from northern. think it was $20 for metric/sae ball type. Grabbed some channellocks at same time. About the only made in USA stuff they keep in stock.

Not only does Bondhus offer a warranty, but it's an unconditional lifetime warranty...

Lifetime Warranty

Not all warranties are created equal, and the tool industry is no exception. Reading the fine print often makes telling statements about the manufacturer’s confidence in their own product.

Bondhus believes in the quality of their tools and the
warranty they carry is your proof.

Warranty considerations:

* Is the warranty unconditional?
* What conditions limit or void the warranty?
* How is validity of a warranty claim determined?
* Is the solution to a claim up to the discretion of the manufacturer?

Bondhus advantages:

* Bondhus® tools are designed by toolmakers and designed to last.
* Only Bondhus offers an unconditional lifetime warranty, while other manufacturers limit their warranties.

Warranty Instructions

All Bondhus® products are guaranteed for life. If you are not happy with a Bondhus® tool - for any reason - simply return it. A replacement will be shipped right out at no cost - no hassles, no questions asked!

Where the tall corn grows!
Acme Tools in the midwest (Iowa, Minnesooooooota, Dakotas).

Bondhus makes an excellent product - never had one break and they do offer a lifetime warranty - my retail will gladly exchange them.

I broke a 3/16 hex key....with 2' of conduit attached to it to break a screw loose.

You and me both! I've been needing to replace some of my keys from "abuse" similar to the above. Compacted foundry sand, blind tapped holes, and socket head screws make hell for hex keys.

Guess I'm calling Fastenal tomorrow to see if they'll replace these.

You guys can believe what you want but I haven't been on this board for a couple years to all of a sudden start "lies" about a company I have nothing to do with. I worked in the tool room for about 3.5 years and dealt with MANY tool companies. Wasn't uncommon for us to have $20,000 orders with any of the big tool companies.

The boss decided he was tired of the Snap On bits breaking and taking FOREVER to get replacements. He had heard about Bondhus being a great product and in the end we ordered about $3000 in bits from a tool place in Boise.
Primarily 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 5/16" bits that were used with 1/4" and 3/8" drive holders.
I'm talking we had 150-200 bits of each size in a few different lengths that we needed.

After the first couple weeks and I had a pile of broken bits! Far worse then Snap On. (had just one or two a week when them)
I called the tool place and they told us to call Bondhus. Bondhus said no warranty because used in industrial application.

I wish I could remember the exact torque specs the bolts we tightened with these were, but it's been a few years since I have had that job. I know it was in inch lbs and it wasn't very high, up to maybe 200 in/lbs for the larger bolts that took a 5/16" bit.

I borrowed a couple from work to torque the exhaust manifold on my truck. 5/16" and I needed ball end style for 4 bolts. I broke 3 bits. Not the ball but the driver where it went into the holder! It wasn't anything very tight either, I think around 25 or 30 ft/lbs.

Menards had Bondhus folding plastic hex keys on clearance for $2.99. Almost bought them for the hell of it...then I saw the Eklind metal hex keys. I'll wait for those to go on sale.
