I don't know if I just have bad luck or if this is the way the world is heading but almost once a month I run into sitiuations like this. Here is my latest headache.
I decided to order some ARO IR regulators from this company to finish up my airlines in my garage. I already had 4 regs on the system and I plumbed it to work with this particular regulator. When I placed my order they informed me they weren't in stock and had to be ordered. No problem I didn't need them right away. So almost 2 months later they arrived and they are ARO regulators but a totally different style. They tried to cover up the mistake by putting the correct part number on a label covering up the wrong one. I let them have a chance to make it right and place the order again. After a month of waiting they still had not even placed the order for the correct parts and on top of all of this they are rude throughout the whole ordeal and refused to pay the return shipping for the incorrect parts they shipped.
