Vertical milling machine, Bridgeport J head. 1hp, set up with a phase inverter to run on 220v single phase.
48"x 9" table. OLD ROUGH machine. NO TOOLING.

I talked to the seller, sounds like the quill will need bearings, table is rough etc. No moving on the asking price.

Don't do it. Buy a nice one and have it shipped if there's nothing local.

I agree. Be patient. In my part of the world, they come equipped & ready for work starting at 1200$

Yeah pass that one up, I think the re-bearing of the quill will be close to the purchase price of it.
