The person who answered the phone said, if I sent a small swatch of the cover and the identification tag, they would send out a new cover, and my guarantee will remain in force from the original purchase.
A few days later, a new cover arrived. It's MUCH better than the Tyvek cover. It's heavy and must be at least 3 layers.
