I have the same press... Buffalo 15. Nice machine. As the cliché goes, they don't make 'em like that anymore. And like my 18, it sits unrestored waiting for some TLC.

They are built like tanks. I have one, and it is amazing to me how smooth and accurate it is. I can't detect any runout on the drill bits that I mount in the chuck either by eye or by feel.

No idea where you are, and location matters, around here that is $50-$75. Restore it for the enjoyment if you want, but it's not cost effective if you just want to sell it.
As small drill presses of that vintage (1940's) go, the Buffalo make is the most desirable, being a little heavier and built to a little higher quality level than were the more common Delta, Atlas, and Walker-Turner makes. It was a bit higher-priced when new.
Yours has the desirable Morse taper spindle, which allows use of large or small drill chucks, and taper shank drills.
If you're looking to sell it, what matters is whether any of its castings have been cracked in handling, and, of course, whether it runs well. You may well be able to get as much as $100 from someone who is looking for a taper spindle light drill press.
If you may have need of a light drill press yourself, that one, if it runs, or you are willing to do some mending to get it into operation, is well worth keeping.
