Cabinet drawer suggestions

I'm currently designing my cabinet system and want to put in some Lista or Moduline type tool box drawers. Other than buying sheetmetal and making them myself, does anyone know if something like that would be avail prefabbed? If the drawers were deeper, I would be half tempted to buy a couple of craftsman roller boxes and uses the drawers but I want something a little deeper than 18".

Would anyone suggest an alternate material that could handle up to 30-40 lbs per drawer? Would any type of wood work? If so, I could just put some sheetmetal fronts on them to get the look I'm after.

is there a tool box from grizzle or waterloo that would be deeper that you could use?

how about hunting up some used lista and then re-powdercoating them

if you can make due with a bunch of shallow drawers you could get some blueprint cabinates.

you have the option to make them. I have a bunch of the 24" full extenion drawer glides if you need to make units yourself
