Can I split a 220 line 3 ways

I am installing 3 Cadet electric baseboard heaters in my garage. They are 240v and 1000 watts, so I know they can all fit on a 12-2 220 amp service. My question is, instead of wiring from heater to heater, can I take my 220 line out from the breaker box, and split it 3 ways in a junction box to feed each heater individually?

No reason why you couldn't although most people would daisy chain the heaters. Ensure box is of appropriate size and accessible. Wire nuts must be rated for 4x12ga.
