Can you identify the floor in this pic?

Hi folks,

New build here and the drywallers just finished hanging today. There are a couple parts of trim I need to paint before I install the garage doors. I think I've got my color scheme picked out but I would like to model my garage after this pic here.

Looking at this photo, what's your best guess as to what this floor is? Does it have a clear coat?
