I am changing my screen name to reflect my new location.
My wife and I purchased a home in the small town of Dale Wisconsin .It is on 2.44 acres with 1/8 of an acre being a pond,located at the end of a dead end road,the house was built in 1978 and was recently updated with the works...There are 10 acres of woods that are land locked behind me and a wood burning outside furnace that heats the home.
That's all nice and good but what sold me was the 30x60x9 pole building .It has a concrete floor and 100 amp service.I work on old cars for myself and friends and always wanted some real space.I'm already finding that I may need and addition someday....note: the pic of building inside is with previous owner stuff in it.....
