carpet to concrete transition help needed

Does anyone know of an easy to install carpet to concrete transition? I have some commercial grade entrance type carpet squares (1/2" thick) that I want to install in my garage in the game room area. I have seen a u-ramp metal edging used that butted up against this type of carpet that was screwed to the concrete but I cannot locate it on the internet. A glue down edging would be fine, metal or rubber.. any help would be appreciated. Thanks
