Just a quick question, but are the "plastic" carts from HF worth a damn?

I was wondering about the quality of them myself, I want to get one like it for my mother to bring groceries in so she does not have to make so many trips in out to get everything. The larger one would be ideal for this.

Are you talking about the "industrial service carts"? If so, I use one of these at work (not HF, but the same material) and they are good. I use it to haul parts from the parts department and move wheels and tires to and from the tire machine. I'm not sure about HF's casters, but the cart I have takes a **** load of abuse (way overloading, getting hit by cars, etc.) and it keeps holding up. I want to get one for at home if I ever get my garage back (I have no basement and the garage is for storage right now).
