Ceiling Fan and Light Strobing?

Getting ready to install a 52" ceiling fan in my 28" x 36" barn. Main goal is to push the heat down from the 13 ft ceiling from the forced air unit heater. My concern is with the current location I picked. It will leave about 22" from the fan blade to the strip lights. I'm concerned that this will create a Strobing effect. I chose to originally mount it here because my lift is in the center of the shop and wanted no car interferences. What do you guys think? The other option is to move it close to the back wall, this would leave the blade 18" from the back wall but the fan would be centered and I wouldn't have to worry about lift interferences.... Not sure what to do?

You will see some strobing no matter where you locate it. However, the lights may not be on all of the time, nor will the fan and a vehicle on the lift will shield quite a bit of directly strobed light.

Unless the lights were a significant distance from the fan, you're going to have some.

Only sure thing is if the lights were below the fan and that just makes for a new set of problems.

I would be concerned about strobing too, especially because some people get vertigo from it, others get headaches.
