Circuit Breaker Box

Seems I've used up all the space in my breaker box, even added tandum breakers. I don't plan to add any more circuits or do any more wiring. I don't think I've overloaded anything. And don't plan to turn everything on at once.
Is it time to upgrade with a larger box, to accommodate that extra room to grow? Is this going to be a problem down the road when it's time for me to move into a nursing home?

If you do not plan to do any additional wiring, then there is no need to do anything, if plans change then cross that bridge when you come to it.
