I usually clean my epoxy floor with either Simple Green, sometimes some car wash, or Mr. Clean. I went to a customers house yesterday and was out in the garage and noticed how clean the floor was; I asked the homeowner how he keeps the floor so clean? He said he too scrubs the floor down, but in between washes he will STEAM clean the floor in areas where he has tire marks from pulling his cars into and out of the garage; he said he uses the same Shark steamer the wife uses on the tile floors but with a old pad, he also said it gets off tougher stains like any coffee or pop spills better then scrubbing. His floor is toped like mine with a clear top coat. I don't see any reason how this could hurt the floor, has anyone else ever heard or cleaned their floors this way, either Epoxy or Race Deck?
